Fusion
The distinction between information generated within the system and information established about external reality becomes difficult to perceive.
The certainty can be sincere.
The structural issue is not whether these processes occurred.
The structural issue is what authority the combined output acquires.
Fusion reduces degrees of freedom.
Once multiple information streams have become one experienced truth, fewer responses remain available — because the system is already responding to the compressed conclusion.
Internal certainty does not, by itself, establish external reality.
