The Human System / SCF
What have we actually been looking at this entire time?
All of these processes occur within an interacting Human System.
Interacting and recursive rather than sequential. Multiple processes occur at once, each affecting the others.
What we usually encounter is the output.
The visible output is not the whole system producing it.
Human functioning emerges from how information is received, differentiated, related, integrated, and organized across interacting processes under conditions of finite capacity.
Instead of
“What’s wrong with this person?”
↓Ask
“What organization makes this output make sense?”
“What would have to change in the organization for another output to become available?”
Structural Coherence Framework
SCF examines the organization beneath observable human experience and expression.
The Ten Layers of the Human System provide greater resolution inside the HUMAN SYSTEM node — analytically distinguishable parts of one interacting system, not a sequential processing chain.
The visible output is where we encounter the system.
It is not necessarily where the output originated.
